Based in our Oakland office, Ryan Gammons is responsible for Condon-Johnson’s robust safety program. Ryan’s philosophy that “safety is more than a program, it’s a culture” resonates throughout Condon-Johnson’s operations.
Ryan has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, managing safety programs in many facets of the industry, including Heavy Civil & Underground Utilities, Infrastructure, Marine Pile Driving, Dredging, Dam Work, Environmental Remediation, Industrial Improvements, Technical Bridges, Light and Heavy Rail Projects, and Geotechnical Engineering and Ground Improvement Construction.
Ryan’s safety work along the West Coast, Alaska and Hawaii includes several high profile projects: the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge Skyway Section; the Farrington and Kamehameha Elevated Guideway segments for the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transit; and the Hood Canal Floating Bridge Replacement and the SR 520 Floating Bridge Replacement in Washington.
Prior to joining Condon-Johnson in 2016, Ryan worked for Kiewit Infrastructures Group and General Construction Company. Ryan has a Bachelor’s degree in (Construction) Safety & Health Management from Central Washington University and is a Certified Safety Professional recognized through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
