David DePaco joined Condon-Johnson in 2018 as District Manager for the Los Angeles office and currently holds the same role in the Rocky Mountain region. Based out of Denver, Colorado, David is a Registered Civil Engineer in the states of Colorado and California.

For the majority of his career David has worked exclusively in the geotechnical design and construction field, managing the design and construction of large earth retention projects as well as the design and installation of drilled shaft foundations, auger-cast piles, drilled displacement piles, secant piles, micro-piles, and ground anchors.

David’s extensive experience in the foundation industry has allowed him to excel in finding the most technically feasible and economically viable solution on any given public or private project.

David has a BS in Civil Engineering from UCLA, an MS in Civil Engineering from UC Berkeley and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
