Keith Bizzack has over 25 years experience in estimating and managing heavy civil construction and engineering projects. Keith joined Condon-Johnson’s Los Angeles District in 1995 before transferring to the company’s Oakland office in 1997 to work on the San Francisco International Airport expansion project.
Since that time, Keith has managed a wide range of projects, including bridge foundations work, large internally-braced excavations, slope stabilizations, and permanent and temporary earth retention projects.
Keith has managed multiple projects with many leading public and private entities, including City of San Francisco, EBMUD, Santa Clara VTA, Swinerton Builders, Pankow, McCarthy, Bechtel Infrastructure, and Webcor Builders.
Keith was promoted to District Manager for the Northern California office in 2007 and was elevated to Corporate Vice President in 2017. Keith has a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
